1984 Pontiac Fiero 2m4 sport coupe
Original owner.This car has not been licenced since 2018.It has been stored due to needed repairs.
Recently completed repairs include the following……manual 4 speed transmission was rebuilt…new clutch…new fly wheel…new rear brakes…new starter…new battery…recent wheels and tires {about 2000 miles}…..I was going to restore it completely….down sizing ended my plans….I will include the original 2m4 trunk lid…one head light gear kit…one head light with motor….original Am/FM cassette player…heres what it still needs to complete..mostly cosmetic …paint…seats recovered…head liner fabric…none cosmetic repairs….E brake should not be used..it will stick..head lights work fine but have to be raised and lowered manually…valve cover gasket seeps some oil…rubber seal on windows replaced..drivers outside door handle is loose but functional…
I still drive this car on weekends out in the country..where I don’t have to worry about anyone seeing the plates…
The odometer has about 216000 miles….Pontiac recalled them in 1988 and replaced the engines…at that time it had about 85000 miles on it……
Final note….If you are looking for a fun car this is the one…Pick it up..drive it home…finish what I started…or just drive it as is…To the best of my knowlege the major things are done…
