I’m selling my 1987 Grand National Astroroof
I purchased this vehicle back in August 2013 and have maybe driven it 3000 miles. Since then I completed a frame off, upgraded the suspension, rebuilt the engine, paint and interior. Overall the paint is in excellent condition.The car never seen rain and I only drove it on nice weather days. I will try to list many of the key details that which make this car unique. Its difficult to list them all, thousands invested in this car build.
Original paint stripped to bare metal – All glasses and panels removed – PPG 2201 clear and base coat used – All new weatherstripping, moldings and emblems – new complete good mark replacement doors – full sequential led tail lights, – led headlights.
Frame off replacing all bushings with Energy Suspension polyurethane, fuel lines with -8 and -6 teflon hose – Stainless steel brake lines – New Ford 9″ rear with eaton posi and 1350 yoke and aluminum driveshaft – Complete BMR Tubular Control Arms with QA1 coil overs – Corvette Z06 6 piston brakes front and rear – Amani Forged 22 3 piece wheels.
Racetronix 450 fuel pump with 80 pound injectors – Champion ported heads – Rebuilt engine by Jose Motorsports with – Full Throttle Roller cam 210/215 – Forged rotating assembly – ARP head and main studs with billet mains – Precision 6266 turbo – Alycontrol Dual Alky kit – Turbotweak 6.1 chip – Dave Husek billet transmission with PTC non lock up converter – Dynoed at 560 rear whp at 26 psi and 600 rear wheel hp at 29psi.
