1984 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. (Built in 1983.) Very close to original, though with later green and white paint scheme. Original 2F in-line 6-cylinder engine. 188,077 miles. Starts, but should be trailered to its new home.As a result of seizures I stopped driving more than four years ago, and this FJ has been sitting since. Prior to that it was my daily driver from many years, and my ride on several long trips. I’ve kept it pretty close to original, but upgraded various systems for improved safety and reliability. Around 2015 it got a new radiator and alternator. I also added the larger Australian mirrors and bright PIAA lighting for the instrument panel. But this is an original, unrestored, nearly 40-year-old vehicle, with all the wear and tear you should expect. The engine is tired and leaks oil. There are spots of rust in various places, especially around the rain gutter. The paint is chipped and/or flaking in several places. There’s a small dent above the rear passenger-side tail light. The tailgate lacks the deck panel. The rear windshield wiper isn’t working. The gas door lock is removed (but included), and the paint below the gas cap is a mess. The driver’s seat is worn and has some tears. And other such wear. See photos. And feel free to ask questions.Included are a Front brush guard, Draw-Tite hitch, spare tire, original Toyota tool kit and jack, a box of assorted parts (including a new thermostat, new tail light cover, new rear wiper parts, etc.), and relevant books (the two original Toyota owner’s manuals, a TMC 2F engine repair manual, and a Haynes Repair Manual for this FJ60).
