Here we have a 1983 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 for sale. This is a gorgeous car that features a stunning color scheme and is paired with the T Tops and the factory Five Speed set up. It features the matching numbers driveline and is showing just over 74K miles on the odometer.
We will start off with the exterior of this Camaro. The body on it is in excellent condition. Down the sides are straight and show no signs of damage or abuse. It’s covered in the Dark Brown Metallic paint that has a gorgeous finish and is accented by the Tri Color Stripe Down low and the Gold Accent in the hood and on the lower body. Next, we will look at the interior of this Z28. On the inside it looks to be mostly all original and features the factory dark brown custom cloth interior that is the perfect compliment to the exterior combo. All the door panels are in great shape, and it has the standard crank windows that go up and down with ease. The reclining front buckets are both very nice along with the rear seats. This Camaro has the factory Five Speed that’s in the center console and it’s also optioned with the factory quartz clock. Looking at the dash we can see that it is also in phenomenal condition as the dash pad looks amazing along with all the factory gauges that are working. We can see that it still has the factory air controls and features an alpine knobbed radio. All the carpet and headliner are very nice and look to have been well cared for. In the rear hatch area, all the panels and carpet is equally impressive, and we can see it has the factory storage bags for the T Tops.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it looks like it would have from the factory as it’s powered by the Matching Numbers 305 V8 that’s set up with the factory 4-barrel carb. It’s dressed in the factory air cleaner and valve covers. We can see that the firewall is all rock solid along with inner fenders. It’s clear this car has been extremely well cared for over the years. All the belts and hoses are in great condition. This Z28 is set up with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the Front and Drums out back. For exhaust it has manifolds with the factory style pipes that run to the dual muffler and rear exiting pipes out back. The 305 V8 runs the Five Speed Manual Trans and the 10 Bolt Rear End. When you look under this Camaro, you’re sure to be impressed as it has all the original floor pans that are rock solid. All the frame is in phenomenal condition as well. It shows no signs of abuse, and the frame rails are all solid. On the highway this Camaro runs and drives great.
