1982 Mercedes-Benz 240d. All original. Starts and drives but engine has loud knocking.
The Mercedes-Benz 240D is one of its original diesels. The engine is known to go a million kilometers. The styling is classic; it is very easy for do-it-yourselfers to work on, it is mechanical—no newfangled gadgetry to go haywire. Also, it can run on biodiesel fuel, or can be modified to run on vegetable oil!
