1982 Corvette Collector edition coupe. This limited edition car with its specific color combo and unique rear opening hatch. This car has a great history. 3 owner car that has achieved many awards and accolades. The car was featured in a Corvette fever magazine article in April 1992. The car has achieved a Bloomington Gold certification for originality. 3 Chevy Vettefest gold spinner concours awards. The car was also loaned out to the National Corvette museum for display in the rotunda for 2 years. At that time it was used in the PR kit for the release of the new C5 Corvette in 1997. It appears in the 5 generations picture that was taken in the rotunda at the museum. The car was also used as a benchmark to help write the NCRS judging manual.
